Great experience with Ivalo Safaris! Very professional, with super friendly and well-trained staff who truly love their work and this land.

They are attentive to your needs at all times, ensuring you’re comfortable and, above all, warm.

The tour was very complete. After providing us with cold-weather gear—suits, jackets, socks, thermal warmers, and boots—the adventure began towards the lake.

There, we got on a sled pulled by a snowmobile and had the chance to admire the Northern Lights.

Later, we had dinner inside a tipi. A delicious salmon soup prepared by the lake owner’s mother, along with a sausage and hot juice, all served with great care and small details that make you feel like part of the family.

The group consisted of 13 people, attended by two staff members. It’s not one of those companies that overbook groups just to make more money.

A big thank you to Max for his attention and excellent service. And to Tina, always so attentive—thank you so much again!

The clothing they provide is freshly cleaned, and the changing room is spacious and spotless. The girl, super kind and attentive, along with Max, the guide, make sure you have everything you need and feel comfortable.

We joined Ivalo Safaris for the snowmobile tours and the northern lights tours. This family owned company is wonderful. Our guide Laura was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a fantastic experience. We were very lucky and saw the northern lights, met 3 reindeer, and had a wonderful lunch. Our northern lights tour was cancelled with another company and Ivalo Safaris got us in on short notice. I can’t say enough about the fun we had! The small group size is a definite plus.

Tina and her team were very helpful and fulfilled our most unusual wishes. She advised us how to organize our short stay. For us, she made exceptions and we were able to carry out a night expedition on snowmobiles on the frozen Lake Inari. We are very impressed and it is difficult for us to express our admiration. We want to emphasize that the Finns, Sami and all others from Ivalo, Inari, Saariselka... from all over Finland my great patience and kindness to others. Thank you for showing us the kindness of your big hearts.

Reservamos con ellos los safaris de moto de nieve con pesca en el lago inari y safari con huskies ( extrem huskies). Experiencia brutal, muy bien organizado. Recomendado 100%

De organisatie komt je ophalen bij de accommodatie. Bij vertrek krijg je warme kleren. Deze zijn noodzakelijk tijdens de trip. De auto neemt je mee naar het meer van Inari. Van daaruit start de sneeuwscootertocht. Het uitzicht is prachtig. Je hebt voldoende tijd om hiervan te genieten, want de scooters zijn beperkt tot 40km/h. De gids toonde ons een steen en wilde rendieren. ‘s Middags kregen we soep en rendier-knakworst. Je kon 3 rendieren ontmoeten en voeden die op het kamp verbleven

Abbiamo fatto un’escursione privata in motoslitta. Tina è venuta a prenderci al camping e suo marito ci ha condotti sul fiume Ivalo ghiacciato. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il pranzo nella capanna sull’isola vicina alla loro abitazione e la conoscenza delle loro due renne… Tina ci ha dato diverse informazioni sulla vita che conducono in Lapponia ed è stata molto carina e accogliente. Unica pecca, avremmo gradito qualche spiegazione in più lungo il percorso in motoslitta e forse qualche ulteriore paesaggio.

Journée motoneige + pêche + lunch + rencontre avec les rennes. Nous avons passé une superbe journée ! Après une magnifique balade en motoneige sur la rivière Ivalo et le lac Inari, nous nous sommes arrêtés au milieu de nulle part pour apprendre à faire un trou dans la glace et pêcher. Une expérience reposante et unique ! Après la pêche, nous sommes allé déguster une saucisse et une délicieuse soupe de renne dans un tipi devant un beau feu, sur une île où se trouve également 2 rennes. Une très belle journée avec un très bon guide ! Je vous recommande !!

Tina is the star! We had a super fun time w her ice fishing trip. Even though we personally didn’t really catch any fish, but we learned how to drill a hole into the ice. On top of that it was the whole trip, sitting in the snow mobile sled gliding across frozen lake Inari, insta moments on the lake which were absolutely gorgeous (it was like in a frozen Maldives scene), and the delicious lunch on her private island grilling over an open fire in a tent ⛺️, the delicious reindeer soup and berry drinks. The weather was gorgeous and she finished w us on her last seasonal trip. Tina is super kind and funny and speaks excellent English.
