Yesterday January 13th at 5-6 pm I had a bad experience in this store. I bought a lot of goods and was cheated out of 7 euros. Punching Essie nail polish 2 times. I was not given a receipt for the purchase, I assumed that I would not have evidence so that I would not notice the theft of my money. I heard a double sound when scanning nail polish at the checkout, but at the same time, the second cash register next to me started working, and I thought that this sound was coming from there. But when all my goods were scanned and I could pick up my things, I stood and waited for them to give me a receipt for the purchase. But they never gave it to me. The girl stood and looked at me, and I thought that she had put the purchase receipt in the bag with my purchases as usual. I took my things and left. I think that the girl deliberately did not give me a receipt for the purchase, and she sees on the monitor what product and how much of it was scanned there. This is a very unpleasant experience. In the end, 7 euros were stolen from me, and she deceived me while standing and looking me in the eyes shamelessly. I wanted to write a complaint on the website but I couldn’t find any contacts. So people be careful in this particular store. And I wish this girl to be proud of herself for being a thief. I won't go there again and won't recommend it to anyone. And I will tell everyone that they steal money there. I hope that, at least here, the management will see what their sellers are doing and react to this incident.
